Our Limoge Cool Gel Memory Mattresses uses a form of Temperature Regulation. The Cool Gel factor, combined with the High-Elastic Memory Foam, allows the Mattress to adapt and adjust according to your Body Temperature, giving you Cooler Summers and Warmer Winters.
The Egg-Shaped Gel Memory Foam, combined with the Honeycomb structured fibre, enhances the process of the Mattress naturally melding with your body curve and shape, giving a sensation of Zero-pressure sleep.
The backbone of our mattress is the Independent Pocket Sprung design, which is arguably the best Coil Support system by many. Hundreds of individual springs provides excellent shock-absorption, ergonomic support and maximum comfort. It’s 7 Zone's provides support for each individual part of your body, allowing your weight to be fully distributed across the mattress. Deliveries Returns	This Product is shipped using Yodel Delivery within 2-3 Working days A valid phone number is recommended Oseasons' free shipping excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands. All orders received to the excluded locations mentioned above will require an additional one-off payment on or prior to the order being placed to cover the extra costs. If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item has been received, Oseasons must be notified as soon as possible via email at Helpdesk@oseasons.com with photos of the item and preferably the packaging too. If a positive decision has been made by Oseasons, the customer can choose to replace the item or receive a full refund for the goods at no extra cost to the customer. If the customer has a change of heart upon receiving the product or is not happy with the received product due to no fault of Oseasons, the customer is free to return the product back to Oseasons within a period of 28 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping of the product back to Oseasons must be paid by the customer. At that point, a full refund or a product swap of equal value will be offered to the customer.
warranty Information	This product comes with a 12 Month warranty The warranty is valid from the day of purchase. A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice is required to raise any warranty claims. Photo(s) must be sent via email to support the warranty claim, in addition to the receipt or invoice. All warranty emails should be sent to Helpdesk@oseasons.com. Valid warranty claims will result in the replacing or refunding of the item(s) in accordance with Oseasons’ terms. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferable. Goods used in a commercial setting has a 12 month warranty period only. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, alteration, incorrect assembly, improper handling (including dragging) or Natural Weather Occurrences (Rain, Wind, Snow, Severe Heat) is not included in the warranty, nor is damage from the use of corrosive cleaning solvents. The warranty does not cover natural, aesthetic changes. For example, oxidisation, which is a natural occurrence of exposed uncoated aluminium (and will not affect durability or performance). Rattan colours and patterns may vary per item due to being a unique, hand-made item. Colours of all Oseasons' items purchased online may vary in real life due to individual customer screen colour variations and/or Oseasons' photoshoot lighting and photo adjustments. Outdoor scatter cushions and included outdoor seating and back cushions that are directly purchased from Oseasons are advertised as shower proof; these cushions are not intended to be stored outside. Oseasons hold the right to reject any claim resulting from weather damage. Items such as indoor furniture that have not been stored in a dry and suitable condition will not be valid for a warranty claim.
