Oseasons' free shipping includes delivery to the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands. Unfortunately we cannot deliver this item to Northern Ireland or ROI. Any orders received to these two excluded locations will be cancelled and refunded.

If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item has been received, Oseasons must be notified as soon as possible via email at Helpdesk@oseasons.com with photos of the item and preferably the packaging too. If a positive decision has been made by Oseasons, the customer can choose to replace the item or receive a full refund for the goods at no extra cost to the customer.

If the customer has a change of heart upon receiving the product or is not happy with the received product due to no fault of Oseasons, the customer is free to return the product back to Oseasons within a period of 28 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping of the product back to Oseasons must be paid by the customer. At that point, a full refund or a product swap of equal value will be offered to the customer.

This product comes with a 12 Month warranty

The warranty is valid from the day of purchase. A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice is required to raise any warranty claims. Photo(s) must be sent via email to support the warranty claim, in addition to the receipt or invoice. All warranty emails should be sent to Helpdesk@oseasons.com.

Valid warranty claims will result in the replacing or refunding of the item(s) in accordance with Oseasons’ terms. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferable. Goods used in a commercial setting has a 12 month warranty period only.

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, alteration, incorrect assembly, improper handling (including dragging) or Natural Weather Occurrences (Rain, Wind, Snow, Severe Heat) is not included in the warranty, nor is damage from the use of corrosive cleaning solvents.

The warranty does not cover natural, aesthetic changes. For example, oxidisation, which is a natural occurrence of exposed uncoated aluminium (and will not affect durability or performance).

Outdoor scatter cushions and included outdoor seating and back cushions that are directly purchased from Oseasons are advertised as shower proof; these cushions are not intended to be stored outside. Oseasons hold the right to reject any claim resulting from weather damage.

Items such as indoor furniture that have not been stored in a dry and suitable condition will not be valid for a warranty claim.
