Finished in our signature Fogo red with a stainless-steel front, this bad boy reaches 480C and above, cooking your Italian masterpieces in a matter of minutes. All you have to do is take it out the box, unfold the legs and attach a gas bottle to turn the heat up! Oh, and to top it all off (no pizza pun intended), we’ll throw in a rain cover and regulator with hose to connect up the gas and get the party started. Unfortunately we cannot deliver this item to Northern Ireland or ROI. Any orders received to these two excluded locations will be cancelled and refunded. If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item has been received, Oseasons must be notified as soon as possible via email at Helpdesk@oseasons.com with photos of the item and preferably the packaging too. If a positive decision has been made by Oseasons, the customer can choose to replace the item or receive a full refund for the goods at no extra cost to the customer. If the customer has a change of heart upon receiving the product or is not happy with the received product due to no fault of Oseasons, the customer is free to return the product back to Oseasons within a period of 28 days of receiving the product. A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice is required to raise any warranty claims. Photo(s) must be sent via email to support the warranty claim, in addition to the receipt or invoice. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferable. Goods used in a commercial setting has a 12 month warranty period only. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, alteration, incorrect assembly, improper handling (including dragging) or Natural Weather Occurrences (Rain, Wind, Snow, Severe Heat) is not included in the warranty, nor is damage from the use of corrosive cleaning solvents. The warranty does not cover natural, aesthetic changes. For example, oxidisation, which is a natural occurrence of exposed uncoated aluminium (and will not affect durability or performance). Rattan colours and patterns may vary per item due to being a unique, hand-made item. Colours of all Oseasons' items purchased online may vary in real life due to individual customer screen colour variations and/or Oseasons' photoshoot lighting and photo adjustments.Outdoor scatter cushions and included outdoor seating and back cushions that are directly purchased from Oseasons are advertised as shower proof; these cushions are not intended to be stored outside.
