A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice is required to raise any warranty claims. Photo(s) must be sent via email to support the warranty claim, in addition to the receipt or invoice. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferable. Goods used in a commercial setting has a 12 month warranty period only. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, alteration, incorrect assembly, improper handling (including dragging) or Natural Weather Occurrences (Rain, Wind, Snow, Severe Heat) is not included in the warranty, nor is damage from the use of corrosive cleaning solvents. The warranty does not cover natural, aesthetic changes. For example, oxidisation, which is a natural occurrence of exposed uncoated aluminium (and will not affect durability or performance). Rattan colours and patterns may vary per item due to being a unique, hand-made item. Colours of all Oseasons' items purchased online may vary in real life due to individual customer screen colour variations and/or Oseasons' photoshoot lighting and photo adjustments.Outdoor scatter cushions and included outdoor seating and back cushions that are directly purchased from Oseasons are advertised as shower proof; these cushions are not intended to be stored outside. Oseasons hold the right to reject any claim resulting from weather damage.
