Our Pocket Sprung technology uses Pocket springs, which are manufactured from individual high tensile steel springs, wrapped in their own pocket of fabric. A fabric pocket is used to cover each spring so unlike other spring systems this allows them to slide up and down independently. Every time you get up from the sofa, the springs expand, maintaining the shape of the seat cushion.
Each sofa is constructed using a Hardwood Frame. You’ll notice this if you ever come to move the sofa, they are solid and heavy. Each one is glued and screwed with dowelled joints that provide superb rigidity.

For this range of Limoge Sofa Sets, we do not offer delivery to Ireland or to the following postcodes: AB, BT, HS, IV, KW, ZE. Any orders placed for this item, to these postcodes, will unfortunately have to be cancelled and refunded.
The below mentioned postcodes will cost an additional one-off payment on or prior to the order being placed to cover the extra shipping costs of our 2 Man Fleet.

If you plan to have a delivery to one of the above postcodes, we will call you on your number provided, once we receive the order. Payment will then be taken over the phone. If you prefer to call us prior to the order being placed, please do so on 01202531732 with your card details at hand.
If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item has been received, Oseasons must be notified as soon as possible via email at Helpdesk@oseasons.com with photos of the item and preferably the packaging too. If a positive decision has been made by Oseasons, the customer can choose to replace the item or receive a full refund for the goods at no extra cost to the customer.
If the customer has a change of heart upon receiving the product or is not happy with the received product due to no fault of Oseasons, the customer is free to return the product back to Oseasons within a period of 28 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping of the product back to Oseasons must be paid by the customer. At that point, a full refund or a product swap of equal value will be offered to the customer.
This product comes with a 12 Month warranty
The warranty is valid from the day of purchase. A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice is required to raise any warranty claims. This warranty includes and is limited to structural damage and/or faulty manufacture. Photo(s) must be sent via email to support the warranty claim, in addition to the receipt or invoice. All warranty emails should be sent to Helpdesk@oseasons.com.
Valid warranty claims will result in the replacing or refunding of the item(s) in accordance with Oseasons’ terms. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferable.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, incorrect assembly or improper handling (including dragging) is not included in the warranty, nor is damage from the use of corrosive solvents in cleaning the outdoor furniture.
Items such as indoor furniture that have not been stored in a dry and suitable condition will not be valid for a warranty claim.
