The Dante Ergonomic Office Chair comes with an array of adjustable features to perfectly suit your needs. The included headrest effectively supports your neck, which includes a height adjustable feature for users of different heights, the seat also can be lowered and raised with the flick of a switch. Most importantly, our chairs come with a Lumbar Support bar to maintain the correct sitting posture.
The Dante Office Chair comes with a Tilt Feature in 3 positions, 90, 110 and 135 degrees. Each position has a lock feature to ensure maximum comfort in whichever position you like best.
This chair also comes with an SGS Certified air pressure rod, bearing weight up to 250kg and equates to 30,000 lift times which ensures at least 5-8 years of life in this mechanism.
Our breathable mesh backrest is made from a high elasticity, knitted mesh fabric that is skin friendly and comfortable. The mesh design allows increased airflow to keep you sweat-free, cool and comfortable whilst sitting for long periods.

Oseasons’ free shipping excludes delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands. All orders received to the excluded locations mentioned above will require an additional one-off payment on or prior to the order being placed to cover the extra costs. Further payments will be required for a delivery date that is not a typical business day. A further payment may be required, depending on the courier, for a specific delivery date and/or a specific time.

If an item is received damaged or an incorrect item has been received, Oseasons must be notified as soon as possible via email at Helpdesk@oseasons.com with photos of the item and preferably the packaging too. If a positive decision has been made by Oseasons, the customer can choose to replace the item or receive a full refund for the goods at no extra cost to the customer.

If the customer has a change of heart upon receiving the product or is not happy with the received product due to no fault of Oseasons, the customer is free to return the product back to Oseasons within a period of 28 days of receiving the product. The cost of shipping of the product back to Oseasons must be paid by the customer. At that point, a full refund or a product swap of equal value will be offered to the customer.

This product comes with a 12 Month warranty

The warranty is valid from the day of purchase. A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice is required to raise any warranty claims. Photo(s) must be sent via email to support the warranty claim, in addition to the receipt or invoice. All warranty emails should be sent to Helpdesk@oseasons.com.

Valid warranty claims will result in the replacing or refunding of the item(s) in accordance with Oseasons’ terms. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the goods only and is not transferable. Goods used in a commercial setting has a 12 month warranty period only.

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, alteration, incorrect assembly or improper handling (including dragging) is not included in the warranty, nor is damage from the use of corrosive solvents in cleaning the outdoor furniture.

The warranty does not cover natural, aesthetic changes such as oxidisation. Oxidisation is a natural occurrence of exposed uncoated aluminium and will not affect durability or performance.

Rattan colours and patterns may vary per item due to being a unique, hand-made item. Colours of all Oseasons' items purchased online may vary in real life due to individual customer screen colour variations and/or Oseasons' photoshoot lighting and photo adjustments.

Outdoor scatter cushions and included outdoor seating and back cushions that are directly purchased from Oseasons are advertised as shower proof; these cushions are not intended to be stored outside. Oseasons hold the right to reject any claim resulting from weather damage.

Items such as indoor furniture that have not been stored in a dry and suitable condition will not be valid for a warranty claim.
